Today, that formula is no longer guaranteed.
Even First-Class or 4.0 GPA graduates are struggling to find a job after school— not because they aren’t smart, but because the world has changed. AI is advancing faster than school curriculums can adapt. Entry-level jobs are shrinking as automation takes over routine tasks. Global competition is increasing. Skills that were valuable 10 years ago are quickly becoming outdated.
Schools are doing their best. But they simply cannot keep up with the pace of technological evolution.
That means something important:
Parents can no longer afford to be passive.
